2.- File declared to the Data Protection Agency of the Principality of Andorra pursuant to Andorran legislation:
In compliance with the requirements of Law 15/2003, of 18 December on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, “LCDP”), and with the regulations that implement it, GRUP PONS 1845 informs you that any personal data provided to GRUP PONS 1845 will become part of the file owned by GRUP PONS 1845 and duly registered in the Data Protection Agency of the Principality of Andorra.
